Entire price of each product exclude the packaging and shipping costs.

Please note that not all the product we have in our collection mentioned and list in our websites for the appropriateness of our condition and artisans or partners privacy.
We accept also in order of the product you’d like to order and made by your own design, colour, dimension of your choices, and just let us know so we could go through our artisans to proceed the rest.

Claims for damage/negligence etc with regards to quality control must be made within 2 weeks from date of receipt of goods at your destination.

Terms of Payment: Payment terms will vary somewhat according to the size and nature of your order, but generally we ask 50% payable to our bank account in Bali at the time of order placement; with the balance due upon confirmation of satisfaction with the order.
